RIGIN products are designed to be layered for achieving optimal results. However, if you are seeking to improve a specific condition (such as dark spots or signs of aging), it is best to use the full collection targeting that issue (serum, cream and mask) as those products are complementary and produce the best results when used together.

Many customers with sensitive skin condition have seen significant improvement after using the RIGIN hydration & healing collection

However, if your skin is extremely sensitive, we recommend that you consult your dermatologist before use.

Other payment methods (check, cash or bank transfer) are not accepted.

We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes. The best way to change or cancel an order is to email us at support@riginlife.com

To purchase RIGIN products in bulk (greater than $5,000/order), send an email to specialorders@riginlife.com. We’ll be happy to help.

We offer international shipping to most countries. However, the ‘Free Shipping Over $75’ applies to the U.S. addresses only.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation shipping email with a tracking number and a tracking link.

Our shipping costs are provided directly from the shipping carrier with no additional fee added. We understand customers expect free & fast shipping and that’s why we offer free shipping on as much as we can (orders of $75 or more).

Below you can find various shipping options to US addresses. If you are an international customer, please contact us (email us at support@riginlife.com) directly for questions related to shipping.

  • Ground Shipping (Delivers in 7-10 business days): $15 – Free with all orders $75 and up
  • 3-Day Shipping (Delivers in 3 business days): $24
  • 2-Day Shipping (Delivers 2 business days): $36 – (Saturday delivery not available)

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico requires 3-Day or 2-Day Shipping.

Return Policy

If you have received the incorrect items or the items you have received are faulty, please email support@riginlife.com to discuss further.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your product(s), please e-mail us at support@riginlife.com within 30 days of your purchase. Our team will be able to provide you with a return authorization and our mailing information. If the product is unopened and unused, we will happily provide you with a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Only products that were purchased directly from riginlife.com will be accepted. For all products that were purchased through one of our authorized retailers, please contact them directly for assistance.

Return Process:

  1. Please send an email to returns@riginlife.com along with a photo of the products you are returning
  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization number and mailing information
  3. Ensure your return is well packaged and meets all the conditions outlined below.
  4. Please mark your RMA number clearly on the outer packaging of your parcel.
  5. Use an insured tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely.
  6. Send a follow up email with your tracking information to returns@riginlife.com

Returns Terms and Guidelines:

  • All returned items must be unused, unopened, and complete with original plastic wrapping.
  • We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items,
    Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.
  • Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
  • Please make sure that the returns form has been approved – We cannot ensure that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address

When you use the RIGIN collections, we’re confident that you’ll see and feel the improvement of your skin condition in 42 days. That’s why we have our 42-day Money Back Guarantee.

However, in the unlikely event that you find that this is not the case with your RIGIN experience, please see the conditions below.

To qualify for our Money Back Guarantee simply follow these instructions:

  1. Use the back camera of your smartphone to take a photo of your face and areas that best demonstrate your skin concerns before using the RIGIN products.
  2. Use the back camera of your phone to take a photo of your face and the same concerning area after 42 days, along with a photo of the used products.
  3. Email our customer experience team (support@riginlife.com) with the above photos.
  4. Your application will be processed within 3 days of submission

Please note that our Money Back Guarantee only applies for the first purchase of a complete RIGIN collection and excludes shipping and all other products/future orders.

Your application must be submitted within 42 days of receiving the product(s) and the photos must have valid date and time stamps.

Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for Experience Kits. Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable. Refunds must be credited to the original payment method.
